Prerequisites
This is a retreat for women!
Meditation 1, Meditation 2, & Women’s Intuition are strongly recommended
We will be staying at an Eco-resort located east of Ponte de Lima, one of the oldest villages in Portugal.
The Main house has a pool, outdoor lounging and gardens.
The Lima river and walking trails are just down from the main house.
The ocean and beach, waterfalls, kayaking, and more are all activities you can plan to visit on your free time.
