Series, Workshops, & Special Event Recordings
Transformation 2023 (aka Transformation 2) is a series of six workshops taught over seven weeks.
You are welcome to go at your own pace, or you can match the class energy by listening to the first three recordings for weeks 1-3, working by yourself for week 4, and then listening to the last three classes for weeks 5-7.
Transformation 2022 (aka Transformation 1) is six lectures that were taught over nine weeks.
You are welcome to go at your own pace, or you can match the class energy by listening to the first four recordings for weeks 1-4, working by yourself for week 5, getting an energy check week 6, working by yourself for week 7, and then listening to the last two classes for weeks 8 and 9.
