The Your Bodies Series was originally taught in Fall 2024.
This four-week series looks at the concept of bodies from physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual perspectives. It is a space to clear communication between these aspects of yourself and to increase your seniority, awareness, and amusement.
The Astral Series was taught in 2023 across six weeks. It is a space to work the energy of your awareness and experience in the Astral and of your Astral Body. The curriculum was recreated and differs from the 2020 Astral series.
