Shining Your Light: Hello, Dad

Prerequisite: Meditation 1, identify as a woman, & be able to match the energy of a female space
Your Own Birth (YOB) workshops explore how you perceived and experienced the energies of your parents and the world during your gestation & birth. These workshops also look at how those energies may still be active in your body or aura and influencing your experiences and choices.
This series of YOB for Women explores Shining Your Light. The first workshop looks at how you experienced the energy of your mother, the second workshop looks at how you experienced the energy of your father, and the third workshop focuses on how you experienced your body and birth.

This workshop meets for ~2-2.5 hours. It is offered online and in-person at 5260 Elvas Ave. in Sacramento, CA.

The contribution for a single workshop is $50, and the contribution to join all three is $120. CV Students, please ask your Directors for a special contribution code.
