Join our Men’s Healing Day to find your space, move stuck energy, and focus on your own healing while getting out of isolation.
Schedule:
10:30am - Arrive (Staff arrive at 10:00am)
11:00am - Opening Meditation & Energy Setting
11:30am - Men’s Healing Line
12:30pm - Lunch
2:30pm - Clean-Up & Clean-Out
3:00pm - Close
Location: in-person in Santa Rosa (516 Sonoma Ave) and online on Zoom (link will be sent upon registration, online portion ends before lunch)
Donation: the contribution is $20 for all, with BBQ lunch provided for in-person attendees
Prerequisite: open to all men, with Meditation 1 recommended
