These recordings are from our Ireland Workshop Series, originally taught in 2023-2024 leading up to our Ireland Pilgrimage. This is a 6-part series, and each workshop can be taken independently or together.
Most recordings are over an hour long, which includes an opening meditation and 1-2 topics. Break-out energy work is not included on the recording.
